VIOLIN TEACHER

Abbie Li began learning violin at the age of 5 under the tutelage of Huang Zhongyi, the principal of Hunan Symphony Orchestra. She was admitted to the Music Department of Hunan First Normal University as an undergraduate and continued to study violin with Professor Wang Wenjun. During her studies, she represented the school in the Hong Kong "Golden Bauhinia" Art Competition and won the group gold medal.

After completing her undergraduate degree, Abbie Li was hired to be responsible for the children's violin grading test in Hunan and the organization and promotion in Central China. She then graduated from the Music Department of York University with a master's degree, where she majored in instrumental music teaching under the guidance of Professor Lucy Baker. During her studies, she also performed with the Baroque Orchestra in London and other places.
